FREE SHIPPING: Enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $99. No special codes needed – the discount is automatically applied when your order subtotal reaches $99 or more.

STANDARD SHIPPING: For orders under $99, our standard shipping fee is $12.

PROCESSING TIME: We process orders within 3-8 business days. On instances that items are pre-order or back-ordered, it will take between 12 to 30 days when orders will ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Shipping delays may occur due to the pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances. If any further delays arise, we will notify you via email.

CUSTOMS FEES: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Latenitex is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. For any lost or damaged items, please contact your local shipping carrier to file a claim.
